	What is HighClassGlamour? HighClassGlamour.com (HCG) is an Internet based Stock Photo Agency for Fashion, Glamour to Nude photos. HCG offers fascinating, unique and exclusive photos for the print industry. All downloadable photos are stored in the origin TIFF format, no converting from JPG! All files are "print ready".

	How does HighClassGlamour work? All stock photos are produced and provided by its owners and a network of exclusive photographers. HCG provides you a catalogue (store) where you can search pictures, add them to a lighbox and finaly buy them. Registration is for free.

	How can I contact customer support? For general inquiries the Contact link can be found in the main navigation on the top and in the footer on the bottom of any page within HighClassGlamour. For specific topics please use our Support Ticket System.

	What is your Licensing Scheme? HighClassGlamour.com provides images on the basis of "Rights Ready (RR)" ONLY. This is a very simple and powerful licensing system for you without any traps. No fields to fill out (only the magazine or product title). No time on the phone negotiating complex rights. No limits on quantities or territories for the duration of your license. Exclusive purchased pictures are "on hold" in selling process for 60 days. After 60 days the picture is available for purchasing again but not anymore exclusively. Simply select an image, pay a single flat-rate price and use the image for any need specified in our Licensing Terms. Again: HighClassGlamour.com DOES NOT provide images on the basis of "Rights-managed (RM)", "Royalty-free (RF)", "Creative Subscription" etc.

	Do you buy photos? No we don't! HighClassGlamour is working with a network of selected photographers. But if you find your photos would fit our quality and target group and you are a professional, industry-experienced photographer feel free contact us here. We will check out your work.

	What is stock photography? HighClassGlamour Stock photography is existing photography that can be used for print, printed ads, in books and magazines, in brochures and packaging, according to the licensing terms to which HighClassGlamour and buyer have agreed. Using an image that already exists saves the purchaser the time and expense of a custom photo shoot.

Website Navigation

	What browsers are compatible with this website? HighClassGlamour & HighClassGlamourStore has been tested with Internet Explorer, Opera, Netscape, and Firefox, on both Macintosh and Windows platforms.

	What are the limits on downloads? You may download within your PiCredits-Account as much photos as you subscribed for. Please be aware to differ between "Content", "Cover" and "Exclusive" Pictures. Find more about our subscription-packages here.

	Can I share my username/password with friends/colleagues? No. According to our Terms and Conditions only one user is allowed to use your account.

	How do I purchase a subscription? Visit the registration page. Basic Registration is FREE.

	Does my browser need to be able to accept cookies? HighClassGlamour/HighClassGlamourStore uses cookies to hold your username and/or password. No credit card or purchasing data is stored in the cookie. Also, no personal information is stored in any HighClassGlamour/HighClassGlamourStore cookie.

Lightbox

	What is a Lightbox? A Lightbox is used to store a group of photos that you would like to eventually download. You can put photos into a Lightbox, and then later download the images in that Lightbox.

	How do I add images to a Lightbox? To add an image to a lightbox click on the image you wish to place in the lightbox. Next, click on the "add to lightbox" icon located in the right of the image.

	I am registered/subscribed and storing images in a lightbox -- how long will the lightboxes be there? Your images will remain in your lightbox until you delete them, even after your current subscription has expired.

Subscriptions

	What are the different subscription levels of HighClassGlamour memberships? We offer you three different types of PiCredits-Packages. PiCredits are used for buying photos (1 PiCredit = 1 Content Picture). The larger packages offer you additional free credits. For Publishing Houses or requests on another amounts of pictures we are happy to provide you with an individual offer.

	Which currency do you charge in? We are charging in EUROS (€).

	What is your refund policy? Since we provide all data upfront (image comp with watermark, dimensions, picture parameters, formats, usage policies, etc.), we regret that we cannot provide refunds. If you are unsure about intend of use of pictures or you have any concern contact us.

	How do I print an invoice of my purchase? By purchasing PiCredit-Packages you will get an individual invoice (PDF) from our Support-Departement.

	What if I forgot my username or password? No problem. Just visit the Forgot Password page to have your username and password sent to your email address.

	How do you respect my private/company information? All of your information is stored in a protected database on a secure server in a secure location. Our customers' privacy and security is a priority. We never share or sell personal or private information about our customers. More informations here: Privacy Policy.

Photo Usage

	I am an industry professional. May I use your photos? As a professional from the print industry you can purchase all of our photos. Photos can NOT be used for electronic publishing (paid member-sites, templates, etc.), mobile services etc. Please read our licensing agreement.

	How does your licensing work exactly? All photos are "Rights Ready" (RR). Detailed information can be found on our licensing page.

	What means 'Rights-Ready' (RR) images? This is a very simple and powerful licensing system for you without any traps. No fields to fill out (only the magazine or product title). No time on the phone negotiating complex rights. No limits on quantities or territories for the duration of your license. Exclusive purchased pictures are "on hold" in selling process for 60 days. 	Does the image I download have a watermark on it? Only LowRes-Pictures for mock-ups have watermarks on them. Photos downloaded with a purchased subscription (PiCredits, Credit Card) will not be watermarked.

	If I modify an image, can I claim copyright to that image? You may modify an image and use it, however, you may not claim copyright to that image. GlamourMarketer, s.r.o./HighClassGlamour/HighClassGlamourStore and its suppliers continue to own all images & copyrights, whether or not they have been modified.

	Where can I use HighClassGlamour photos? Photos can be used for all kind of printed manner. Photos can NOT be used for electronic publishing (paid member-sites, templates, etc.), mobile services etc. Please read our licensing agreement.

	Do your images have model releases? Yes. Every Model has signed a model release, which is on file in the GlamourMarketer, s.r.o. office. GlamourMarketer, s.r.o. & HighClassGlamour fulfill the international standard for Adult Model Releases (18 U.S.C. 2257 Records Keeping). 18 U.S.C. 2257 Records Keeping: Learn more here.

	What are the tech specs of your TIFFS? Our photos in the database/catalogue are ready for print. Every photo has the following tech specs: Format: TIFF (one layer) Note: TIFFs are originaly stored as TIFF and NOT converted from JPG! Color space: Adobe RGB / ECI (ICE) RGB Resolution: 350 dpi Minimum Picture Size: A4 File size: 24-32 MB Downloadable packages: ZIP Pictures WITHOUT Watermarks

	What sizes do your photos come in? They can be downloaded in two different sizes, all of which are included in the "Frequent Publisher / PiCredit"-Package. LowRes-Pictures for mock-ups, JPG, 72 dpi, ~100KB, ca. A4, sRGB, WITH Watermark (direct download) Print Ready-Pictures, TIFF, 300-350 dpi, 24-32 MB, min. A4, sRGB, NO Watermark (zipped)

	Which Terms of Service (TOS / Website Usage Policy) apply to my account? Visit our Website Terms and Conditions of Use.

	Can I sell the photos that I download? NO. Please read our Licensing Agreement. If you are unsure of your rights under this agreement, or if you wish to use an image in a manner not expressly permitted under this agreement, please contact our support.

	Can I create an online gallery of your photos? Basically no. If you publish an electronic magazine, maintain online-portfolios (work examples from photographers or syndicates) or would like to use our photos for open-areas within an online editorial-space etc., please contact us. We are open and happy to discuss this.

	Can I use photos that I download in work-for-hire? Yes. You can use any photo from HighClassGlamourStore for a customer/client project. Please indicate to your client that they do not own and do not have the rights to sell the individual photographs.

	Can I sell templates that include your photos? NO. Please read our Licensing Agreement. If you are unsure of your rights under this agreement, or if you wish to use an image in a manner not expressly permitted under this agreement, please contact our support.

	Can I use your photos for mobile applications? NO. Please read our Licensing Agreement. If you are unsure of your rights under this agreement, or if you wish to use an image in a manner not expressly permitted under this agreement, please contact our support.

	Can I use your photos for my paid membership website? NO. Please read our Licensing Agreement. If you are unsure of your rights under this agreement, or if you wish to use an image in a manner not expressly permitted under this agreement, please contact our support.
